FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to vibration trainer. Training device is made of elastomer material and includes a handle, connecting elements and weighting materials. Connecting elements are located symmetrically relative to the handle and are connected to weighting agents, which are made with the possibility to be located in the same plane with the handle in the state of rest. Weighting agents and connecting elements are located on two opposite lateral sides of the handle with the possibility of deviation from the plane in which they are located with the handle in a state of rest during reciprocal oscillations by the simulator by means of the handle. On weights, connecting elements and handle there are through transverse and longitudinal holes for attachment of weights and/or handles and/or elastic bands.
EFFECT: possibility of increasing the level of injury safety during trainings with simultaneous provision of vibration effect on an organism (locomotor system) of a trained person.
