This is achieved by the fact that this invention allows the use of an electromagnet as a load device of the machine, in which the core is adapted to be gripped by hand or foot, or at the end of it at least one handle or pedal is attached, or it contains a flexible rod with a handle, or pedal, or a loop at the end, or the device contains a lever or a system of levers, connected to the core and supported on the body of the electromagnet, or the device contains a mechanism for converting the reciprocating motion of the core into a rotational one and vice versa.

EFFECT: task to be solved by the claimed invention is to increase the efficiency of the training process due to the high degree of universality of the devices, namely, the possibility of mounting in any place and at any level in height, with the possibility of working through all muscle groups, with the relative compactness of the device.
