FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. According to the vehicle storage battery charging method by means of the controller switching with the planned intervals of time between the levelling charging mode, in which on battery connection terminals a predetermined required voltage for charging battery cells is achieved, and continuous charging mode, in which the storage battery current is reduced to zero and the battery charge state is maintained near the fixed value by voltage control.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of vehicle battery charging parameters.
