SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle power supply. Power supply device comprises a battery; external terminal for supply of external device with electric power from battery. In switched on state of switch of external terminal, electric power is supplied from battery to external terminal output, and in switched off state, power supply to terminal is stopped. When vehicle transitions from on mode with generated driving force into off mode, switch control unit sets external output switch in off state simultaneously with transition. When vehicle transitions from on mode without generated motive force into off mode, switch control unit supports on state of switch of external output.

EFFECT: prevention of power consumption in battery.
