FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer electroplating, namely to the production of superhydrophobic coatings. The method includes electrochemical deposition of a copper composite, electrochemical deposition of chromium or a chromium composite, surface treatment in an alcohol solution of stearic or lauric acid. Electrochemical deposition of a copper composite is carried out from an electrolyte containing CuSO4, H2SO4, sodium lauryl sulfate or synthanol and nanodispersed MoS2 particles. Electrochemical deposition of chromium or a chromium composite is carried out from an electrolyte containing KCr(SO4)2, Al2(SO4)3, Na2C2O4, NaF, which additionally contains nanodispersed particles of Cr2O3 for deposition of the chromium composite.
EFFECT: obtaining a mechanically stable superhydrophobic coating.
