FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a working mechanism and tool for installing a fixing arm. The working mechanism consists of a pin, as well as movable and fixed discs. The said discs are round. The tool for installing fixing arms consists of a body with a through hole for placing a pin of the working mechanism and a pair of metal pintles. The movable disc is designed as a whole with the pin located in its central region and is equipped with a thrust fixation element; the latter is made in the form of a ridge. The movable disc is made convex, with a threaded hole located in the central region, and has two through holes for placement in them of pintles of the tool for installation fixing arms. The device has a second tool for installation of fixing arm, which in conjunction with the first tool represents a compound tool for installation the fixing arm. The fixed disc is provided with the second fixation thrust element in the form of a ridge located on the opposite to the first thrust fixation element end of a diametre with at least six through radial grooves, the length of each of which is 53÷65% of the radius of the fixed disc, and the width is 10.5÷13.5% of the radius of the fixed disc, and forming a mutually spring-loaded petals. Movable disc of the working mechanism includes at least four through radial grooves, the length of each of which is 53÷65% of the radius of the movable disc, and the width is 10.5÷13.5% of the radius of the movable disc, and forming a mutually spring-loaded petals. The body of the tool for installation the fixing arm is made in the form of a direct octagonal prism. Through hole for location the pins of the working mechanism is located along the axis of symmetry of the octagonal prism and has a diametre greater than the diametre of the pin. Outer diametre of the pair of metal pintles is less than the inside diametre of the through holes of the immovable disc. A pair of metal pintles is located on one of the bases of straight octagonal prism, and there is a couple of blind holes for a pair of metal pintles on other base.
