FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: conjunctival and surface scleral flap is cut out to remove a portion of an external wall of a ciliary canal and a portion of scleral deep layers over a ciliary body with preserving separate scleral fibres on a surface of the latter. It is followed with cutting out a subconjunctival strip which is laid on the midway between a scleral sinus and a sclerectomy opening and fixed with two interrupted sutures to edges of a scleral bed; the surface scleral flap is laid over the subconjunctival strip and fixed with the interrupted sutures.

EFFECT: method allows to intensify a hypotensive effect of non-penetrating deep sclerectomy by partial activation of biological outflow tracts of an intraocular fluid; subconjunctival implantation between the scleral sinus and sclerectomy opening reduces a cicatrisation process of a surgery zone.
