FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and pharmaceutical industry, particularly to sterile aqueous preparations, which are meant for inhalation in form of an aerosol and contain an active substance, non-ionic surfactant and phospholipids. The said preparations are suitable for administration of hard to dissolve active substances through inhalation in form of colloidal solutions and can also be used for administering substances with bad taste, which irritate the mucous membrane and cause coughing and bronchostenosis. The invented preparatios can be sprayed using traditional devices and are preferably used in paediatrics.
