FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes stage, at which on image identified is three-dimensional element, three-dimensional element either being already located in human body cavity or animal body cavity, or introduced into cavity; stage at which on image placed is preliminary position of three-dimensional element, seen on the image, relative to the reference point; stage at which preliminary position of equipment for radiotherapy is installed relative to the reference point and stage, at which equipment for radiotherapy is regulated in reply to position of three-dimensional element. Device for method realisation contains means for three-dimensional element identification, means for installation of its preliminary position and equipment for radiotherapy, means for control of possible movement of three-dimensional element and means for regulation of equipment for radiotherapy or bed, on which body is lying, in reply to said movement. Method of identification of tissue presenting interest on two or more obtained images includes stage, at which on the image identified is, at least, one single integral three-dimensional element, said element being located in human or animal body. After that, the first image is obtained and processed by means of first type medical equipment of visualisation, and on the second image three-dimensional element is identified by means of second type medical equipment of visualisation. Then, the first and the second images are joined, basing on determination of three-dimensional element position. System for method realisation contains equipment for obtaining and processing of images for identification of three-dimensional element on the first and second images and equipment for processing of images for joining the first and the second images.
EFFECT: application of invention allows to eliminate difference between factual position of tissue which presents interest in patient's body on images, obtained with application of different medical equipment of visualisation, taking into account movement of tissue which is to be radiated.
