FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a radiation shielding device and method based on medical images which can form targeted and high-precision radiation screening in accordance with individual differences of patients, such as a tumour position and size, to reduce or avoid irradiation of the irradiating device from the patient's normal tissues. According to the invention, the radiation shielding device comprises scanning medical images scanning the irradiated region of the irradiated object and outputting the medical image data, data processing and three-dimensional modelling apparatus which create a three-dimensional ghost model of tissue in accordance with voxel data of medical images and create a three-dimensional model of the screen in accordance with a three-dimensional ghost model of tissue, screen printed and created after data input of three-dimensional model of screen in 3D-printer, wherein screen is located between irradiating device and irradiated area.
EFFECT: disclosed is a medical radiation shielding device and method.
