FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in supplying radiant flux and in successive scanning material along specified direction on planes crossing volume of material by thickness. Also, there is used a source powder out of substance with indices of scattering within the range from 30 to 3000 (1/m) and absorption of emission not more, than 15 (1/m). Sintering is performed onto a specified grid chart where planes of scanning have been preliminary process marked-out. Notably, there is emitted a collimated beam in form of a series of pulses similar for each of these planes; duration of pulses is determined for each plane to facilitate inter-volume sintering in thickness of material between preceding and present planes. Transition to a plane following in the accepted direction is performed by changing duration of pulses into longer or shorter ones depending on plane coordinate.
EFFECT: expanded functionality of process, reduced labour input, simplified equipment.
