FIELD: mechanization of track facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in assembling of track skeleton members with reinforced concrete ties at machine stations and other track skeleton assembling enterprises. Proposed flow line contains trucks reciprocating on rail track whose length corresponds to length of member under assembly and lifting table installed in zone of entry for mounting of rails. Table is made in form of two horizontal beams non coupled with each other and parallel to each other and to rails of track. Length of beams corresponds to length of trucks, and distance between beams exceeds width of trucks, but does not exceed length of tie. Lifting table for tightening nuts of fastening bolts and lifting table for setting ties to member diagram are provided additionally. For this purpose beams are made in form of vertically closed smooth-link chain conveyors with drives to provide synchronous step displacement of conveyors through distance corresponding to tie member diagram.
EFFECT: provision of continuity of process with simultaneous and independent operations using trucks of simple design and simple drives and lifting tables of simple design.
