FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrogel compositions containing a first monomer, a second monomer, a cross-linking agent and a solvent. The first monomer has the formula I: , where the combination of R and R1 is selected from 2-5 carbon atoms with formation of a 4-7-member heterocyclic part. The second monomer is selected from a group comprising compounds of formula II and formula III. Formula II: , where R3 and R4 are independently selected from H, CH3, (C3-C18)alkyl, where the alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cyclalkyls, nitro, cyano, 4-8-member heterocyclic parts, where the heterocyclic parts are optionally substituted with one or more alkyls, halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cycloalkyls, nitro and cyano; (C3-C7)cycloalkyl, where the cycloalkyl is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from alkyls, halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cycloalkyls, nitro and cyano; and aromatic parts, where the aromatic parts are optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from alkyls, halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cycloalkyls, nitro and cyano, provided that if R3 is H or CH3, then R4 is (C3-C18)alkyl, (C3-C7)cycloalkyl or an aromatic part, where the alkyl, cycloalkyl or aromatic part is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes, provided that if R4 is H or CH3, then R3 is (C3-C18)alkyl, (C3-C7)cycloalkyl or an aromatic part, where the alkyl, cycloalkyl or aromatic part is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes. Formula III: , where R5 is selected from (C3-C18)alkyl, where the alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cyclalkyls, nitro, cyano, 4-8-member heterocyclic parts, where the heterocyclic parts are optionally substituted with one or more alkyls, halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cycloalkyls, nitro and cyano; (C3-C7)cycloalkyl, where the cycloalkyl is optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from alkyls, halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cycloalkyls, nitro and cyano; and aromatic parts, where the aromatic parts are optionally substituted with one or more substitutes selected from alkyls, halogen atoms, halogenalkyls, cycloalkyls, nitro and cyano. The ratio of the first monomer to the second monomer ranges from approximately 0.1:99.9 to approximately 99.9:0.1. The invention also discloses electrochemical sensor systems, methods of determining concentration of analysed substance.
EFFECT: obtaining a composition having sufficient mechanical and temperature stability.
