SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can be used for cryosurgery of an ingrown nail. That is ensured by cryodestruction by multiple deep application freezing of a pathologically changed nail fold with adhesion through a cotton soft layer. The layer is impregnated with a liquid with nanodisperse ferromagnetic particles in the magnetic filed focused with its vector axis to a pathological tissue. The ingrown and deformed parts of nail are removed. Freezing in this region and along a growth line at a healthy nail base from the pathological changes is carried out with a drop of atmospheric oxygen condensed on a cooled cryoinstrument. If observing a suppurative inflammation of the nail fold, it is dissected outside and along a line of a previous position of the ingrown nail inside the nail fold in a thawing phase with a surgical laser, a radio wave or common scalpel. Incision walls are treated with a drop of atmospheric oxygen condensed on the cooled cryoinstrument. Tumours or hyperplastic inflammatory changes of the nail fold requires additional cryodestruction with cryooxyimpregnation. For the first postoperative days, dressing procedures involve cryotreatment with a drop of atmospheric oxygen condensed on the cooled cryoinstrument by the nail fold incision lines and edge separation.

EFFECT: method allows to ensure complete destruction of pathologically changed tissues, to ease separation of a pathological part of nail when removed, elimination of an inflammatory centre, destruction of an accompanying productive inflammatory, papilloma-viral and tumour processes of the nail fold.
