FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology, and may be used for treating new growths. That is ensured by cryodestruction by minimum double freezing-thawing and adhesion at temperature of an instrument body lower than minus 182°C. In 6-12 hours, new growth tissues are partially cut off by oval incisions with cutting off an elliptic piece, or a number of column biopsies. That is ensured by cryotherapy for the purpose of hemostasis. It is followed by morphological identification of the new growth in the removed tissue, and a border of pathological changes is matched with a border of microvascular thrombosis on the surface and in depth. If pathological tissues stay within the border of thrombosis, cryodestruction is terminated. If stating the pathological tissues going beyond the border of thrombosis, additional cryodestruction and other methods of tumour growth inhibition are applied.
EFFECT: methods provides using early criteria to determine radicalism of the conducted cryodestruction ensured by detecting the borders of tumour changes, enabling higher intensity of cryodestruction.
