A composition for extracting hydrocarbons, which contains water and at least one polycationic quaternary ammonium compound, which is a bis-quaternary compound. A polycationic quaternary ammonium compound with a static or ordered structure having the given structural formula.
EFFECT: provision for viscoelastic properties at high temperatures, environmental friendliness.
