FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: telemetric temperature measuring device has a dc voltage sensor, a heat-sensitive element, an inductance coil, two field-effect transistors of different conductivity. The drains of the field-effect transistors are connected to each other. Change in temperature of the monitored object causes change in the capacitance component of the heat-sensitive element which is made in form of a piezoelectric, which leads to change in resonance frequency of the oscillatory circuit formed by the heat-sensitive element and the inductance coil. Telemetric information is transmitted over elements of the monitored object through acoustic waves.
EFFECT: design of a temperature measuring device in which there is no need for an electrical line for transmitting information on temperature of the monitored object to an information user in the monitored zone.
