FIELD: electrical engineering; induction heaters for an aerosol generation device.
SUBSTANCE: technical result consists in creating an induction heater that allows a changing current from a constant voltage source to produce induction heating. Achieved by the fact that the induction heater has an induction heating circuit, where the circuit has an inductive element for inductively heating a current-collecting structure for heating an aerosol-forming material; a capacitive element; and a switching device that, in use, switches between the first state and the second state to receive a varying current from a constant voltage source flowing through the inductive element to cause inductive heating of the current-collecting structure.
EFFECT: induction heater that allows a changing current from a constant voltage source to produce induction heating.
