FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier comprises the first (1) and second (2) input transistors (T), between emitters of which a resistor (3) of local negative feedback is connected, the first - third current-stabilising T (4 - 6), emitters of which are connected to bus of supply source (7) via the first - third current-stabilising dipoles (8 - 10), collector of the first T (4) is connected to emitter of the first T (1), collector of the second T (5) is connected to emitter of the second T (2), bases of the first T (4) and second T (5) are connected to circuit of potentials shift (11), current mirror (12), input of which is connected to collector of the first T (1), and output is connected to collector of the second T (2) and is connected to base of input T (13) of output buffer amplifier (14), besides, collector of the third T (6) is connected to output buffer amplifier (14). Circuit comprises additional current mirror (15), input of which is connected to base of the third T (6), and output is connected to emitter of the second T (5), besides, type of conductivity of input T (13) of output buffer amplifier (14) matches type of conductivity of the first T (4) and second T (5).
EFFECT: reduced absolute value of Ucm and its temperature drift.
