FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; current mirror (4) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of input DC (1), and output is connected to the base of input transistor (5) of buffer amplifier (BA) (6), the first (7) auxiliary transistor the base of which is connected to output of current mirror (4), the second (8) auxiliary transistor, and the first (9) current-stabilising bipole (CB). Collector of the first (7) auxiliary transistor is connected to input of current mirror (4), emitter is connected to base of the second (8) auxiliary transistor, collector of the second auxiliary transistor (8) is connected to output of current mirror (4), and emitter is connected to the first CB (9); at that, emitter of input transistor (5) of BA (6) is connected to the second CB (10), and conductivity type of input transistor (5) of BA (6) coincides with conductivity type of the second (8) auxiliary transistor.
EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature drift.
