FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: amplifier comprises the first (1) and second (2) input transistors (T), collectors of which are combined and connected to input of the first (3) current mirror (CM), matched with the first (4) bus of supply source (SS), the first (5) and second (6) output T, bases of which are combined and connected to the first (7) current-stabilising dipole (CD), emitter of the first T (5) is connected to emitter of the first T (1), emitter of the second T (6) is connected to emitter of the second T (2), collector of the first T (5) is connected to input of the second (8) CM, matched with the second (9) bus of SS, collector of the second T (6) is connected to output of the second (8) CM and is connected to base of input T (10) of output emitter repeater (11). Circuit includes the first (12) and second (13) additional T, emitter of the first T (12) is connected to output of the first CM (3), its collector is connected to combined bases of the first T (5) and second T (6), base is connected to emitter of the second T (13), besides, base of the second T (13) is connected to the first CD (7), and collector is connected to input of the second CM (8).
EFFECT: reduced absolute value of Ucm and its temperature drift.
