FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as device for amplification of analog signals, in structure of analog microchips of various functional purpose (for instance, in precision computing amplifiers with low values of zero shift electromotive force). Cascode differential amplifier comprises input differential cascade (1), the first (2) and second (3) current outputs of which are connected to emitters of the first (4) and second (5) auxiliary transistors (T) with combined bases, the first (6) and second (7) output T with combined bases, circuit of potentials shift (8), connected to combined bases of the first T (4) and second T (5), emitters of the first (6) and second (7) output T are connected to bus of supply source (9) via the first (10) and second (11) current-stabilising dipoles, emitter of the first T (6) is connected to collector of the first T (4), emitter of the second T (7) is connected to collector of the second T (5), collector of the first T (6) is connected to input of current mirror (CM) (12), and collector of the second T (7) is connected to output of CM (12) and is connected to base T (13) of buffer amplifier (14). Bases of the first T (6) and the second T (7) are connected to emitter of the first T (4), and input T (13) of buffer amplifier (14) has the same type of conductivity as the first T (6) and also the second T (7).

EFFECT: reduced voltage of zero shift Ucm, its drift under conditions of temperature and radiation effects.
