FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The apparatus includes a body with a feed and a discharge nipples. Inside the body a fan is positioned connected to the heating chamber via an air duct. Positioned inside the heating chamber are a heating element, a bowl for corn and a receptacle connected to the bowl via an intermediary nipple and separated from the intermediary nipple with a mesh screen. The bowl side walls are converging conically and have multiple holes, each covered with a mini-nozzle on the bowl inside, the mini-nozzles oriented tangentially to the bowl inside. In the bowl bottom a hole is arranged with a convex central nozzle positioned in it.

EFFECT: invention enables fabrication of an apparatus of simple design and reliable in operation.
