SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in surgical treatment of cataract. EFFECT: invention provides prevention of iris prolapse and progressive pupil constriction, its stabilization and creation of adequate mydriasis in intraoperative floppy-iris syndrome.
