SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. In order to correct constitutional subcutaneous soft tissues in people method of controlled impact is used. By appearance determined is part of body which contains constitutional fibrous-adipose formations. It is dubbed with greasy cream, and heating of selected body part is carried out. By palpation examination constitutional dense fibrous-adipose formations are localised and destroyed by power impact on them first by first phalanges of bent all fingers, then by second phalanges of bent all fingers. After that by hands power impact is performed on detected parts in lymph flow direction. Impact is repeated many times and in a directed way on the same detected body parts. In each session, before impact, person is photographed and esthetically examined. First session is performed continuously for three hours. Repeated sessions are performed after inflammation of treated parts of subcutaneous tissues heals. Number of sessions and their duration are determined depending on removed volume, which produces esthetic effect, and pain during treatment of detected body parts.
EFFECT: method allows to see improved figure at each session and correct lines, proportions and shapes of constitutional defects.
