FIELD: medicine; cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a non-surgical method of correcting subcutaneous fibrous-changed human soft tissues. The volume of the body surface to be corrected is determined visually and manually, massage oil is applied to the treated area and subcutaneous fibrous-changed soft tissues are destroyed using controlled force on the tissue in the direction of lymph flow. The procedure is carried out in two stages during one session lasting 50–60 minutes. At the first stage, Guashaplate massage tool is used, forceful movements of the tool are performed in the direction from bottom to top and back, for 5–7 minutes, with a frequency of 15–20 movements per minute. Next, the force load on the instrument is increased, the instrument’s movements are transformed into radial-cruciform ones from the right to the left and from the left to the right, and then into circular ones, with an identical treatment time period, limits on the depth of tissue indentation and frequency of movements. At the second stage, Guashaplate steering wheel tool is used with reciprocating power movements from the bottom to the top and back across the entire volume of the zone, for 5–7 minutes on each side, with a frequency of 15–20 movements per minute.
EFFECT: method provides a reduction in the time of the correction procedure, a reduction in the force load on the massage therapist's fingers and a reduction in the patient's rehabilitation period by implementing the principle of controlled force on tissue using massage tools that allows to control the force of the impact and the angle of inclination.
