SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of correction of human subcutaneous soft tissues by controlled exposure method, wherein the appearance of the body area is determined by hormone adipose tissue boundaries (constitutional fibro-fatty structures) creating the figure defect. This area is lubricated with massage oil, then the areas of hormonal adipose tissue are destroyed by force exposure to phalanges of bent all fingers in the direction of lymph flow in the corresponding body area. Method is implemented in the form of multiple sessions, with control in the form of photographing patient's body areas. According to the invention, a boundary of the hormonal adipose tissue is delineated by a marker. That is followed by destroying the areas of the hormonal adipose tissue in zones other than the abdomen, folding the hands into a fist such that no clearance is left inside the fist. Thumb should be located outside, bringing knuckle to skin in perpendicular relation to surface, that is sharpest angle of bent fingers. Second hand is fixed with a hand, moving the fist from the upper border to the lower one with pressure and with a slightly smaller pushing back. Movement back and forth is performed in approximately two seconds, continue to always keep a fist in perpendicular position relative to surface, do 3–4 repetitions and move the fist to side by 1 cm, repeat another 3–4 motions and again shift and so on to end of edge boundaries.
EFFECT: method provides the technical result - reducing the probability of harm to the patient due to the operation within the region boundaries and uniform effect on these areas.
