FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves visually determining problem areas of human body, smearing them with lubricant, heating the selected body area and acting upon it with great intensity. Heating is carried out during 1-2 min and intensive treatment is carried out with hand palm surfaces and/or thumbs. Massage operator's body position is kept mainly in vertical position with slightly bent legs dropped shoulders and elbows. Pelvis makes rotation movement followed by trunk rotations exactly about vertical axis with rotation transferable into upper extremity movements. Tissues under massage are tightly pressed against bone surfaces or counter-rest is created with other hand palm applying treatment with rubbing and pressing movements. Hand working surfaces move to meet each other to augment action. Twisting movement is done at the moment the movement finishes. Correct operation is proved by stable edema arisen and lasting for 2 days and aseptic inflammation being arisen in fat tissue with appropriate symptoms. EFFECT: increased action force applied to fat tissue.
