FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises elements, which move in respect to cornice and are arranged in the form of system of metal strips installed in parallel to cornice overlapping with vertical gap. One of plate ends is fixed in sliding bearing, the second end of strips rests against "П"-shaped brackets. Pieces of ropes are attached on top to strips, and are combined in a bundle and fixed to the main rope, which is pulled through bracket, hangs along building wall and is wound onto coil fixed on building wall in the area of reach from one of balconies.
EFFECT: simplified process of icicles removal.
