SUBSTANCE: system of freely hanging down flexible ferromagnetic elements is fixed along the roof edge, and such elements perform functions of guides for water outflow during snow and ice melting, and functions of fittings for generation of icicles, and power impact is carried out towards the ferromagnetic elements by AC electromagnet field of the specified nature excited in the zone of generation with the special field generator.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to automate the device working process.
