FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier (DOA) includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs and input (4) of common emitter circuit; the first current-stabilising bipole (CB) (5) connected to input (4) of common emitter circuit of DC (1), current mirror (6) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of DC (1), and output is connected to the base of input transistor (T) (7) of buffer amplifier (8), and the second CB (9). To the scheme there introduced is the first (10) and the second (11) additional T the bases of which are connected to the first CB (5), collector of the first T (10) is connected to the output of current mirror (6), and emitter is connected to the second CB (9), collector of the second T (11) is connected to emitter of input T (7) of buffer amplifier (8) and to the output of differential operating amplifier, and emitter is connected to auxiliary CB (12).
EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature and radiation drift.
