SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs, the first (4) and the second (5) output transistors the bases of which are combined and connected to emitter of the third (6) output transistor, collector of the first (4) output transistor is connected to the base of the third (6) output transistor and connected to the first (2) current output of the input differential cascade (1), inverting current amplifier (7) the input of which is connected to collector of the third (6) output transistor, collector of the second (5) output transistor is connected to the second (3) current output of input differential cascade (1) and connected to the base of input transistor (8) of buffer amplifier (9). As inverting current amplifier (7) there used is current mirror with transmission ratio close to one, and the output of current mirror (7) is connected to the base of input transistor (8) of buffer amplifier (9).

EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature drift.
