SUBSTANCE: brush device comprises handle and head attached to handle. Head includes upper surface and at least one convexity, arranged on upper surface of head, and multiple brush elements stretching from upper surface and arranged around convexity so that elements of brush arranged near convexity, form cup-shaped open space around ledge, where elements of brush, forming cup-shaped open space, have higher density compared to other elements of brush on upper surface of head. Top surface of convexity is located over upper surface of head, but at the same time it is arranged below upper faces of brush elements, having higher density and forming a structure of cup-shaped open space so that conditions are provided to prevent excessive overflow of substance applied to structure of cup-shaped open space, above upper faces of brush elements of formed structure and to evenly distribute this substance along all elements of brush.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve quality of surface treatment.
