SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychiatry. A questionnaire is filled in, and obtained information is evaluated in points. A stress resistance coefficient, a social functioning factor, a working process intensity factor are evaluated, and the derived values are used to calculate a coefficient of disorder risk level (P_r) by formula: P_r=k*F-N. If P_r = 0.75 to 1,0, an individual is considered to be referred to a group of the absence of risk of mental disorder; if P_r = 0.25 to 0.74 - to a low-risk group of mental disorder; if P_r = -0.25 to 0.24 - to a moderate risk group of mental disorder; if P_r = -0.75 to -0.24 - to a high-risk group of mental disorder; if P_r = -1.0 to -0.74 - to a maximum risk group of mental disorder.

EFFECT: method allows preventing development of mental disorders at a precondition level and providing a differentiated approach to developing preventive measures depending on a risk level of mental pathology.
