FIELD: electrophysical instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of materials for electrophysical instrumentation, namely, to the production of materials for the formation of functional coatings, and can be used to create various electronic devices. In a method for obtaining a stabilized dispersion of submicrosized powders of oxide materials, in which the powder of a solid solution of the composition K1.46Ti8-хМхO16, where M is a transition metal, x = 0.3-0.7, has the hollandite structure, a low-boiling monohydric alcohol is used as a dispersion medium, which at the first stage of "wet" grinding is taken in equal weight fractions with a solid solution powder of 10-20 weight parts, and polydimethyldialylammonium chloride sucrose is used as a cationic surfactant.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a dispersion having high fluidity and high wetting ability with respect to conductive oxide coatings based on tin oxide, as well as stability to delamination.
