FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for supplying charged particles, which generates charged particles and emits said particles onto an object. The device has a spraying module which generates charged particles and sprays the charged particles onto an object, and a module for maintaining electric potential which keeps the electric potential of the object so that the sprayed particles are continuously induced or absorbed by the object. The module for maintaining electric potential has an insulating circuit which prevents flow of excess current from the object. The device also has an electrifying module which is connected to and charged by the module for maintaining electric potential which is placed on the surface of the holder part which is made in a predetermined shape so that the holder part can be held tightly. The module for maintaining electric potential and the insulating circuit are fitted in the holder part and the module for maintaining electric potential is placed in the holder part adjacent to the electrifying module.
EFFECT: design of a safe and efficient device for supplying charged particles, which ensures reliable maintenance of the potential of the object.
