FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of dentistry and is intended for replacement of dentition defect. Multicomponent dental implant, at least, with proximal part and distal part of implant, connected to each other with formation of connection section. At said connection section placed is circular sealing element, which in completely assembled state of dental implant is pressed between mutually opposite sealing surfaces of proximal part and distal part of implant in such a way that sealing element has external surface section, which forms part of external contour of dental implant. Two sealing surfaces approach each other in direction, oriented outward from central longitudinal axis of dental implant. Two sealing surfaces pass into respective external surfaces of dental implant in the place, where in external contour of completely assembled dental implant surface section, formed by sealing element, in each case adjoins surface section, formed by respective part of implant. Said surfaces go away from each other in direction, which is oriented outward. Both parts of implant have rest surfaces, facing respective other part of implant. Rest surfaces rest against or close up, when dental implant is completely assembled, degree of sealing element compression in connected state of dental implant is determined.

EFFECT: elimination of possibility of penetration and accumulation of bacteria in place of distal and proximal parts of implant connection.
