Core: single dose dry powder inhaler, comprises housing, spacer, device for drug pre-processing including drug dose reservoir, device for forced aerosol spraying, including piston and cylinder, additionally device for forced aerosol spraying is equipped with mechanism for automatic synchronization with breath in, including engine, retainer, control board, pressure sensor associated with spacer by means of tube, drug dose tank is made in form of capsule, and device for drug pre-processing is supplemented with capsule piercing mechanism placed in upper part of drug dose tank.

EFFECT: task: improved design of single dose dry powder inhaler with possibility to use any drug dosage form “dry powder inhalation micronized in capsules”, as well as stabilization of parameters of generated aerosol inhalation force irrespective of patient.
