FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed air tire comprises two bead sections arranged opposed over tire width. Each tire bead comprises bead core and bead filler with bead bolt embedded therein. Bead filler is made from rubber with JIS hardness varying from 70 to 100. Carcass layer has one-layer structure and runs along beads. Note here that carcass layer comprises reinforcing cords running radially and arranged along tire circumference. Besides, there are multiple breaker layers arranged on carcass layers outer surface on treat section. Carcass layer is bent around bead core axially from inside to outside to embrace bead filler and to have bent section running below side section of one of breaker layers. Air tire comprises additionally rubber reinforcing layer made from rubber with JIS hardness varying from 70 to 100 and having mean thickness varying from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm. Said rubber reinforcing layer is located on bent section of carcass layer, on its axial outer side, on sidewall section, running across maximum width Pm of carcass layer.
EFFECT: smooth run, reduced tire weight.
