SUBSTANCE: invention relates to halogenated butyl rubber based elastomers filled with silicon dioxide. The halogen butyl rubber based elastomeric composition contains at least one mineral filler, at least one hardener and at least one blocked mercaptosilane modifier. The filled composition is obtained by mixing the halogen butyl rubber based elastomer, mineral filler, blocked mercaptosilane modifier and hardener and hardening the obtained filled halogen butyl rubber based elastomer.
EFFECT: invention improves processability of the elastomeric composition and improves physical properties.
