FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in saturation of surface of blade internal cavity with carbon by filling internal cavity of blade with powder mixture or gas medium, in heating and conditioning blade with filled internal cavity and in successive application of diffusive aluminide coating. Diffusive aluminide coating is applied from powder mixture containing ferro-aluminium with 3-63 mcm particles, electro-corundum with 40-80 mcm particles and activator NH4Cl with up to 250 mcm particles of the following composition, wt %: ferro-aluminium powder 58-68, electro-corundum powder 31-41, NH4Cl powder 1-2 at temperature 900-950°C during 1-1.5 h. Further, powder mixture is removed from internal cavity of the blade; blades are annealed in vacuum at working temperature in the internal cavity of blades 1000-1050°C during 3-6 h, at pressure 0.1-0.01 Pa and rate of heating 5-20°C/min.
EFFECT: raised index of multi-cycle fatigue and reduced labour input of process at maintaining high quality of coating and stability of process.
