FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: blade inner cavity surface is saturated with carbon by filling said cavity with carbon powder mix with particle size of 5-60 mcm, blade is heated and held with filled inner cavity. Said cavity is saturated to 5 to 20 g/m2 at 900-1050°C for 1-6 hours with powder mix additionally containing chromium powder with particle size of 20-80 mcm in amount of 15-38 wt %, powder of fused corundum in amount of 1-50 wt %, and activator in amount of 1-2 wt %. Then, powder mix is removed to apply aluminide coating saturated to 15 to 30 g/m2. Now, blades are subjected to vacuum annealing at blade inner cavity temperature for 3-6 h.
EFFECT: reliable protection, high heat resistance.
