FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ecological biotechnology and may be used for optimum use of biogas in effluents treatment. Proposed method consists in that biogas is treated by solution of monoethanolamine which absorbs carbon dioxide. Obtained monoethalamine solution is regenerated whereat, on its heating and pressure reduction, carbon dioxide is desorbed. After cooling, carbon dioxide is biologically deodorised and rinsed by oxidiser, while methane extracted from biogas is recovered. Carbon dioxide is biologically deodorised in vortex mass exchange apparatus which comprises cylindrical housing with holes, gas and fluid feed and discharge branch pipes, distribution disk and tangential slits, and adjusting barrel with opening that revolves about the axis. Biological deodorisation is performed by continuous sprinkling of carbon dioxide flow by active sludge produced in secondary precipitation during effluents cleaning, which features density varying from 20 to 45 n3/m2·h and hydraulic drag in gas phase of 400 Pa.
EFFECT: efficient deodorisation of carbon dioxide in production of "dry ice" and carbonised drinks.
