FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to repair of hollow tank walls, particularly, to device for temporary plugging breaches in oil tanks. Proposed device comprises box-like fothering sail 1 with ledge 2 with its end face accommodating sealer 3 with slot 4 communicated via channel 5 with channel 6 of ledge 2. Channel 6 communicates with branch pipe with end furnished with fast-release joint 7. Bush 8 with inner thread is tightly secured at the center of aforesaid box-like fothering sail 1 on its outer side. Tightening element consists of two parts: first part 10 is joined to bush 8 by thread joint, while second part is stepped. Smaller-diametre stage 12 id secured in first part 10 to revolve axially therein, while larger-diametre stage has axial cutout 18 to accommodate rocker 12 with axle 20 which is coupled with spring 22. Rocker rotation axle 20 is secured in sidewalls of cutout 16 at the distance not exceeding half the width of rocker 19. Lock ring 26 is fitted on larger-diametre stage 11 of tightening element. Said ring is furnished with two radial levers 27 with their free ends spaced from fothering sail by minimum distance.

EFFECT: reduced losses of oil products.
