FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of sealing holes in walls of rigid hollow articles filled with liquid, in particular tanks, automobile and railway tanks, filled with liquid, and can be used for temporary sealing of holes in ship hulls. Device consists of elastic conical plug 1 with annular ledges, rigid needle-like rod 2, shaped holder 3, hollow rod 4, guns 6 used for installation of elastic conical plug 1 in hole. Elastic conical plug 1 is fixed by means of adhesive composition on shaped holder 3, which is installed in butt-end of hollow rod 4. In the other end hollow rod 4, barrel of gun 6 is installed, resting on projection (limiter) 11. Bullet 5 beats on shaped holder 3 of elastic conical plug 1 and places it in a hole.
EFFECT: device allows quick elimination of liquid medium leakage, providing tightness and reliability of bullet hole sealing.
