FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for temporarily plugging of holes with torn edges in liquid-filled rigid hollow products, in particular in tanks, truck and railway tanks filled with oil products, and can be used to temporarily seal openings in ship hulls. Device contains hard patch 1 and device for mounting it on the hole. On patch 1, protrusion 2 is fastened with gasket 3 and sleeve 4, inside which is pull-up element 5 is located with an internal support made in the form of S-shaped or U-shaped levers 7, and clamping nut 11. Device for mounting patch 1 on the hole includes hollow bar 13, having a socket wrench for engagement with clamping nut 11 at one end, and handwheel 14 fixed at the other end. Inside bar 13, there is rod 15, one end of which is engaged with the pull-up element, and two-arm lever 16 is mounted on the other end. On hollow bar 13 there are two bushings 18 and 19 placed, one of which (18) is fixed rigidly, and the other (19) is movable. Spokes 22 and 23 are fixed on the bushings. Conical screen is attached to spokes 23. Fixator of the working position of the conical screen is fixed to bushing 19.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the safety technique in the liquidation of leaks in oil products and to increase the reliability of sealing of bullet holes.
