FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics and cardiology, and is intended for diagnostics of myocardium condition. Two-dimensional echocardiography with application of load test is carried out by relocation of patient in horizontal plane towards horizon with their head downwards at angle from "-15" to "-30" degrees. Filling of left ventricle of heart is controlled, myocardium condition is monitored by means of two-dimensional echocardiography, and registered in specified positions of patient at definite minutes of examination. Appearance of disorders in local contractility in segments, belonging to different zones of blood supply, reduction of left ventricular ejection fraction or absence of its increase in response to lowering of patient is estimated as multi-vascular affection of coronary artery. Development of new disorders in local contractility of myocardium or aggravation of already existing contractility disorders in one or more segments in response to lowering of patient at angle from is estimated as criterion of myocardial ischemia. Recovery of local contractility in segments with hypokinesia and increase of left ventricular ejection fraction in response to lowering of patient is estimated as sign of hibernating myocardium.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to extend possibilities of diagnostics of myocardium contractile function condition, determination of stenosed coronary artery basin, detection of hibernating myocardium, estimation of inotropic reserve of left ventricle contractility in patients with contraindications to test with submaximal physical load and medication tests
