SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Distraction apparatus is applied on injured finger. Displacement of fragments is eliminated by dosed distraction. Fragments are fixed for term which is necessary for bone union. After that carried out is gradual distraction of injured articulation for value determined by formula 27πRd/360 in mm, where R is the distance from movement axis to articulation surface of moving segment, d is predicted amplitude of movements in degrees. Finger is stabilised in apparatus in achieved stretched position for 12-14 days. After that, apparatus is removed, intensive training of movements in articulations and splinting finger in position, opposite to deformation, is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve finger function, eliminate contractures of adjacent articulations.
