SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for filtration. Proposed filter relates to filters with limited filtration capacity. Filter carcass cells accommodate controlled valves to vary carcass cell through opening that allow the elements of substance surrounding the filter to pass there through. Controlled valves vary filtration properties of the filter from filter complete tightness to almost unobstructed passage of aforesaid elements.

EFFECT: variation of filtration properties.
