FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: here is claimed precision alloy for die casting and procedure for its production. Alloy contains aluminium 42 wt % or more and 45 wt % or less, silicon 2 wt % or more and 8 wt % or less. The procedure for ally production consists in production of melt containing aluminium, zinc, silicon, copper and magnesium and in production of precision alloy for die casting containing in terms of total weight 42 wt % or more and 45 wt % or less of aluminium, 30 wt % or more and 57.89 wt % or less of zinc, 2 wt % or more and 8 wt % or less of silicon, 0.1 wt % or more and 0.2 wt % or less of copper, 0.01 wt % or more and 0.1 wt % or less of magnesium and unavoidable impurities.
EFFECT: production of alloy of high cast ability and low specific weight; usage of precision alloy facilitates production of cast of accuracy comparable to accuracy after mechanical treatment.
